Senior Contract Administrator | 7+ Years PQE | Brisbane $150K–$180K+ super

Croft Fisher is partnering with one of the best builders in Australia to secure a Senior Contract Administrator on a long-term basis. You'll be working across a strong pipeline of marquee projects spanning defence, government, hospitals and other major infrastructure.

This is a genuine career opportunity; not a short-term contract. We're looking for someone who wants to plant roots and grow with the business.

About the role

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you'll take ownership of the commercial and contractual delivery of significant projects from start to finish. You'll manage subcontractor packages, procurement, variations, progress claims, head contract administration and cost reporting, while working closely with project and site teams to keep delivery on track.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years' post-qualification experience in a similar Senior CA role
• Solid Australian construction experience (essential)
• A stable track record with longevity in previous roles
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability across major builds
• Confidence dealing with subcontractors, consultants and clients
• Must be legally permitted to work in Australia
