Strategy Manager | Sydney | $145,000 Base + Super + Bonus

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Strategy Manager to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering strategic projects, cost optimisation initiatives and business transformation programs across a large and complex enterprise.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing senior stakeholders and driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end portfolio management and delivery of complex, enterprise-wide cost optimisation and transformation programs.

• Drive business process improvement and re-engineering initiatives, including current-state assessment, future-state design, gap analysis and identification of efficiency opportunities.

• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations and implementation plans.

• Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve business performance, productivity and cost outcomes.

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

• Support the delivery of strategic priorities and business improvement initiatives.
