Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Change Analyst for a major technology transformation program.

This program is replacing multiple legacy systems and delivering new applications to support operational planning, scheduling, reporting and analytics capabilities.

Working alongside the Organisational Change Manager, you'll support change delivery across multiple projects, helping prepare business users for new systems, processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments
• Support business readiness and adoption activities
• Develop and deliver communications across multiple channels
• Assist with training material development and training activities
• Support go live, transition and post implementation activities
• Work with business users and project teams to identify and manage change impacts

Required Experience

• Demonstrated Change Analyst experience on enterprise IT transformation programs
• Strong experience conducting change impact assessments
• Experience delivering communications and business readiness activities
• Experience supporting training and adoption initiatives
• Background working on system implementation, modernisation or digital transformation projects
• Experience working within structured project and program environments

Highly Regarded

• Queensland Government experience
• Prosci or equivalent change management certification
• Experience working across large multi project transformation programs
