The Role
We are seeking a 2 full-time, ongoing Primary School Teachers to commence in January 2027. In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and developmentally aligned Main Lessons and integrated programs based on the Australian Steiner Curriculum Framework (ASCF).
- Provide consistent academic instruction and holistic pastoral care.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive class culture in collaboration with families and colleagues.
- Contribute to the life of the school through festivals, excursions, and seasonal celebrations.
- Participate actively in faculty and College of Teachers meetings, supporting a shared culture of reflection and renewal.
What You Bring
- Teaching qualifications and current QCT registration (or ability to obtain before commencement).
- A sound understanding of or strong interest in Steiner education and child development.
- Experience teaching or working with primary-aged students.
- Effective classroom management and confident lesson delivery.
- A warm, collegial and imaginative teaching style.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth within a values-based educational setting.
