Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will supervise, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of support workers to deliver consistently high-quality and dignified care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs.

You won't be doing it alone. You will receive dedicated mentorship from an experienced Service Manager, who will provide the strategic support you need to empower CYP to achieve their individualised goals and exercise true choice and control over their lives.

What You Need to Succeed

• Leadership Skills: Advanced leadership capabilities, high emotional intelligence, and effective conflict-resolution skills.
• Relevant Experience: A proven history of supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and/or mental health challenges.
• Qualifications: A Diploma in Disability, Community, or Children’s Services; working towards a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or identifying as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
• Core Values: A deep, genuine commitment to person-centred practice, dignity, and inclusivity.
