Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

As a Senior Talent Partner with us, you’ll spend time hiring world leading technologists, whilst breathing new life into new or evolving talent functions, as well as leveraging your expertise to advise and partner with People & TA professionals.

This role will be in a hybrid work setting with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH per week. Days in the office would be split between Preacta’s HQ and onsite with our clients, working closely with their internal TA teams. We understand flexibility is important and will work with you to ensure the arrangement supports both professional success and your lifestyle.

What you’ll do

  • Leverage state of the art hiring strategies to generate high quality inbound and outbound technology candidate pipelines
  • Think strategically, partnering with our Talent Intelligence teams to map markets & develop hiring strategies that scale
  • Act as client liaison and subject matter expert for operational TA matters
  • Foster collaborative, supporting relationships with Preacta team-mates and client teams
  • Adopt a “One Team” mentality - we seamlessly integrate with our client teams, enabling us to deliver maximum transformational impact
  • Influence, stakeholder manage and negotiate at all levels
  • Bring new ideas to improve decision-making, efficiency, and productivity
  • Contribute to client voices to market and employer branding activities

What you’ll need

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • 5+ years of experience working within Inhouse Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or RPO teams
  • Demonstrated experience in technical hiring across the IT landscape
  • Skills in defining, following and implementing process excellence
  • Strong people skills, advisory & partnering experience to influence change, best practice, outcomes, etc.
  • Excellent behavioural and competency-based interviewing skills
  • A thoughtful, strategic and highly organised hiring approach
  • The ability to adapt to different organisational environments and styles - from startups to enterprise.
