About the Role

As part of our Commercial Motor Claims Team, your primary purpose will be to manage Commercial Motor claims from lodgement through to resolution. The successful candidates will assess claim validity, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely, fair, and accurate claim outcomes while maintaining a high level of client service.

• Manage end-to-end commercial motor claims.
• Apply strong communication skills, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and negotiation expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain accurate claim records, file notes, and reporting within claims management systems.
• Ensure claims are managed efficiently and within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide regular updates and professional support to clients and stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Be an active and supportive team player.

Successful Candidate Will Have…

• Previous experience in commercial or domestic motor claims.
• Strong understanding of motor insurance policies and claims handling procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
