Senior Structural Engineer

• 6+ years consultancy experience in Australia
• $130K - $150K package
• CPEng, NER highly desirable
• Portfolio of concrete-framed buildings
• Mentoring and leadership skills
• Project management ability, client engagement
• Permanent Residency/citizenship required

Associate Structural Engineer

• 8+ years consultancy experience in Australia
• Experience in the Sydney market is a must
• CPEng required
• $150K and above for the right person
• Extensive project management skills, from early concept stage
• Oversee delivery, DD and QA of design by others
• Financial management, P&L, resourcing
• Client account management, maintain relationships
• No BD required, project & people management role
• Inspiring leader, ability to mentor&empower others
• Citizenship, CPEng required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE

Senior and Associate positions require Engineers with some “been there, done that“ in the local Sydney market. All of the usual design techniques, software knowledge and project management skills are a given. These groups are seeking engineers who can drive a project from day one, empower a team, and satisfy clients.

Applicants who have not worked as a Structural Engineer in an Australian consultancy will not be considered.
