Their Sydney office is now looking for an Associate level lawyer to work in their Corporate team.

About the role

We are actively seeking an Associate Lawyer with expertise in corporate & commercial law to join a well regarded specialist team.

They prioritise personal growth and career objectives, while connecting you with highly skilled and motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-end commercial work and drafting transactional documentation
• Working for clients in ECM and M&A transactions
• Advising on company structuring, drafting constitutions, shareholders agreements, and navigating Corporations Act compliance
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members

About you

You will have 3-5 years PQE, ideally with experience in a leading private practice environment.

in addition, you will have:

• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
• Public markets and ASX experience
• Highly motivated with a positive, proactive approach to work and life
• Strong strategic insight and critical thinking skills
