Our client is a well-established private developer with a strong track record spanning several decades. With approximately 1,000 lot registrations forecast across this year and next, and projects ranging from 50 to 300 lots, this role offers exposure to a diverse and active portfolio of residential land subdivision developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Development Manager to join their Sydney-based team. About You

This opportunity would suit an experienced Development Manager or an Assistant Development Manager ready to step into a Development Manager position. You may come from a development management, civil engineering, or project management background and have experience delivering land subdivision or residential development projects.

• Experience across the land subdivision and residential development sector
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, and authority stakeholders.
