About the Role

As a Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing and managing tailor-made travel experiences while delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to departure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients via phone, email and face-to-face appointments
• Creating customised travel itineraries and holiday packages
• Managing bookings and reservations from enquiry to completion
• Building strong relationships with new and repeat clients
• Delivering premium customer service at every stage of the travel journey
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous travel industry experience
• Experience using a GDS (Galileo preferred but cross training is provided)
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach
• A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences
