About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Marketing Specialist who thrives on innovation and wants to work with AI-powered businesses. You’ll craft compelling messaging aligned with SMBs and Microsoft, execute high-impact campaigns, drive lead generation events, and help shape the future of marketing in the tech ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Digital & Event Marketing - Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, redesign websites and exciting industry events.

Content & Messaging - Develop engaging Microsoft-focused emails, social media content, and solution-driven narratives.

Lead Generation & Demand Strategy - Implement CRM driven automations and sales enablement initiatives.

Networking & Mentorship - Connect with Microsoft teams, directly with the CEO, clients and marketing pros to accelerate your professional growth.

Project Management & Team Leadership - Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and mentor future marketing superstars.

Microsoft Ecosystem Engagement - Run co-branded campaigns, optimise marketplace listings, and drive MDF-funded projects.

Who You Are

5+ years in B2B marketing (tech/SaaS experience preferred)

Strong writing and digital marketing expertise

Experience with email marketing tools (Active Campaign, Dynamics 365, Mailchimp or HubSpot)

Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem

Event planning and management skills

Passion for tech, AI, and strategic marketing

Going above and beyond, with occasional weekend events or management meetings

Filipino roots are a bonus, but absolutely not required
