A genuine 360 sales role with an Australian technology partner.

If you enjoy the balance of winning new business and growing existing relationships, and you'd like to do it in a sector that actually makes a difference, this could be a great next move.

You'll be the Account Manager driving growth across the Queensland market, working closely with technical specialists, service delivery teams and vendor partners to scope and deliver the right solutions for each customer. This isn't a "sell and disappear" role – you'll be involved from first conversation through to delivery, which means you're never selling something you can't back up.

It's well suited to someone who's commercially minded and curious, who likes understanding a customer's actual problems before recommending anything, and who's motivated by being part of a team that wins together rather than chasing numbers in isolation.

  • Location: Brisbane CBD
  • Position: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 + Super
  • Work arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week
  • Other requirements: Valid driver's licence (travel to customer sites across QLD as needed), full Australian working rights

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Building strong, consultative relationships with education sector customers across Queensland
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the QLD education market
  • Creating tailored proposals and presenting technology solutions aligned to what each customer actually needs
  • Working alongside technical specialists and service delivery teams to scope and shape right-sized solutions
  • Managing an existing portfolio of accounts and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Preparing quotes, contracts, and tender responses
  • Tracking pipeline activity and keeping CRM data accurate and current
  • Staying on top of industry trends and emerging technologies so your customer conversations stay relevant
  • Working toward sales and customer satisfaction targets while keeping service quality high

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Solid experience in technology sales, business development, or account management
  • A customer-centric approach, with a track record of building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Experience selling IT solutions – managed services, infrastructure, cloud, or mobility
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience putting together proposals, quotes, and solution recommendations
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
  • A proactive mindset, focused on outcomes and delivering real value to customers

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

  • Exposure to education, government, or enterprise customers
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, or managed services offerings
  • Tender response experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management platforms
  • A genuine interest in education and the impact technology can have for schools and institutions
