Our client is a growing buyer's agency focused on helping Australians build long-term wealth through strategic property transactions.

Over the past 10 years, the owners have built a highly successful business from the ground up. They remain heavily involved in the day-to-day operations, still meeting clients, presenting opportunities and driving growth themselves.

The purpose of this role is simple. They need someone they can trust to take ownership of the operational side of the business, freeing them up to focus on growth, strategic partnerships and client relationships.

The company has reached a size where stronger leadership structures, accountability and systems are required to support the next phase of growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is an opportunity to come in, make improvements, challenge the status quo and have a genuine impact on the future of the business.

THE ROLE.

You will be responsible for creating structure, improving efficiencies, developing people and ensuring the business continues to scale without relying on the owners for every operational decision.

  • Leading and mentoring teams across sales, administration and client services
  • Driving accountability, performance standards and company culture
  • Reviewing and improving systems, processes and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting sales performance, pipeline management and business growth
  • Monitoring KPIs, reporting and overall business performance
  • Building strong relationships with key referral partners and stakeholders

This role will suit someone who enjoys building teams, improving performance and creating the foundations required for sustainable growth.

THE PERSON.

You may currently be a General Manager, Head of Operations, State Manager or Senior Leader within house & land, channel sales, property, real estate, construction or a related industry.

More important than your exact background is your ability to lead people, create accountability, improve processes and build scalable systems.

We would love to hear from people who have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior leadership or operational management role
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • A track record of improving business performance and operational efficiency
  • Previous experience working within a small growing business environment
