We work with builders, developers, architects and designers on everything from high-end residential to large commercial projects. Our team brings decades of industry experience. We know the product, we know the territory, and we deliver.We're hiring a commercial sales rep to own and grow this side of the business.This is a relationship-driven role. You'll be building a pipeline of trade and commercial clients, quoting projects, and closing deals. The territory spans Gold Coast, Brisbane and Byron Bay, all three are active and growing.You'll need:
- B2B sales experience in building materials, construction or a related trade
- Real numbers - deals you've closed, commission you've earned
- Existing relationships with builders or architects in the region is a serious advantageYou'll get:
- $90k base + uncapped commission (OTE $150k+)
- CRM, quoting tools and admin support so you can focus on selling
