UKnighted Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded architecture studio in the search for two experienced Associate / Senior Architects to join their Adelaide team.
This is an exciting opportunity for strong project leaders who enjoy balancing design, delivery and team leadership within a collaborative studio environment. Our client is recognised for delivering complex, highly considered projects across defence, institutional and commercial sectors, with a strong reputation for quality outcomes and long-term client relationships.
We are looking for experienced architects who can confidently lead projects and people, individuals who are capable of driving outcomes, managing stakeholders and mentoring teams while maintaining high standards across design and delivery.
Defence project experience would be highly regarded, however candidates with strong institutional or commercial project backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
The Role
- Lead projects across defence, institutional and commercial sectors
- Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
- Oversee projects through design, documentation and delivery phases
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Drive project outcomes, timelines and team performance
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and leadership of the Adelaide studio
About You
- Significant local experience within architecture
- Proven experience leading complex projects and teams
- Defence project experience highly regarded
- Strong commercial, institutional or large-scale project experience also considered
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Collaborative leadership style with a strong delivery mindset
- Someone who enjoys mentoring others and contributing positively to studio culture
