Lawyer/Associate - Personal Injury Law (Chinese speaking):

• Full time (four days considered for an exceptional candidate)
• Box Hill (with CBD office and hybrid options)
• Plaintiff Personal Injury Law (TAC/Workcover/Public Liability matters).
• Professional Chinese Language skills essential.
• Ideally 3+ years PAE, less with be considered provided language skills and PI interest are strong.

Robinson Gill is a multi-disciplinary law firm based in Box Hill that has provided expert legal advice for over 40 years. We have a collegiate team of approximately seventy five staff, with most senior lawyers holding Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialisations, and are looking for a Chinese speaking Lawyer with experience in Personal Injury Law. You will work alongside other lawyers/principal lawyers and partners.

We are a proud mid-tier Melbourne law firm that supports our local community via sponsorships and partnerships with community legal centres/sporting clubs and charities, and that values our diverse team.

Joining our Injury Law team, focusing on TAC, WorkCover and Public Liability claims, you will be mentored by principals and have autonomy to manage your practice, with strong administrative assistance.

Joining our firm as a lawyer means you would be supported with membership of the Law Institute of Victoria, as well as the Australian Lawyers Alliance, as well as being encouraged to attend other CPD and networking events regularly, to further your skill development and legal career.

The role requires professional Chinese language skills. Our firm has a large Asia Desk, servicing clients of Asian backgrounds, across litigation, commercial and injury matters, as well as Criminal Defence and Family Law.

There is parking directly under our office, and Box Hill Station is next door and we include an extra 'Cultural Day' of leave per year.
