Zen Tea Lounge Foundation is a growing not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women, families, young people, people with disabilities, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities across Western Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and leadership to support sustainable community impact.

✓ Has strong operations and people leadership experience

✓ Understands the not-for-profit and community sector

✓ Has experience managing projects, grants, compliance, and reporting

✓ Values diversity, inclusion, and community engagement

✓ Can build systems that support both people and outcomes
