Our organisation is committed to best-practice clinical service delivery, professional excellence, and a supportive work environment that promotes sustainable workloads and flexible working conditions for therapists.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our established and growing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, the ability to work with diverse caseloads across adults and paediatrics, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct standardised Occupational Therapy and developmental assessments.Prepare clear, concise professional reports including initial assessments, NDIS review reports, and Mental Health Care Plan documentation.Develop individualised therapy plans informed by clinical reasoning and aligned with client goals.Provide home-based practice recommendations and strategies to support ongoing progress.Work with client profiles including (but not limited to) Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delay, trauma, and attachment-related needs.Collaborate effectively with parents, carers, educators, and other healthcare providers.Maintain accurate and timely case notes using SOAP formatting within our online client management system.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsAHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility upon graduation).Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience.Experience in paediatric or adult OT settings (clinical placements or professional experience desirable).Ability to build professional, collaborative relationships with clients and partner services.How to ApplyTo be considered for this role, please submit your application or contact Sabrina on 0435 784 677 for a confidential discussion or email ***email_hidden***
