Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our team at our Norwest Head Office.

As the Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, high-value initiatives aligned to our organisational strategy.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, time, cost, quality, risk and benefit tolerances, while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder engagement and alignment to recognised project management best practices utilising multiple delivery approaches.

The change person needs to have deep experience in transformations space, that is, tech and business changes. We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with strong practitioner capability, someone who can actively lead and embed change with leaders and operational teams. The role requires more than developing change plans, communications, and training we need someone who can diagnose impacts, manage resistance, and drive real behavioural adoption across the organisation. Construction industry experience would be highly desirable
