About the Role

We are currently seeking for a Quality Systems Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and improving FK’s Quality Management System to ensure ongoing ISO 9001 compliance. This is a unique opportunity to contribute and working closely with teams across the business, the role promotes a shared responsibility for quality in everyday work.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and keep the quality system up to date and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Improve the quality and consistency of project documentation.
• Develop and maintain practice standards, processes and templates.
• Capture and analyse client feedback to identify ways to improve systems and reduce issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback and using quality insights to strengthen systems, reduce risks and promote a culture of shared accountability for quality.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience in architecture, design, construction or professional services environments.
• Knowledge of documentation standards, coordination and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail in managing quality records and processes.
• Ability to train and engage teams in quality practices.
• Confidence to promote a culture of quality across all levels of the business.
• Interest in using technology and innovation to improve quality processes.
