Allura Partners is partnering with an established, investor-backed financial services business on the appointment of a Head of People & Culture.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership role within an established, mid-sized business. Working closely with the executive team and shareholder group, you will help shape the people agenda and provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the people function.

Leading a small team, the remit is broad and includes organisational effectiveness, reward and incentive frameworks, workforce planning, leadership capability and employee engagement. A key priority will also be helping the business think through the impact of technology and AI on the way work is structured, resourced and delivered.

The business is entering an important phase in its evolution, creating an opportunity for an experienced people leader to influence future direction, support organisational effectiveness and ensure the business is well positioned for the future.

About You

You may currently be a Head of People, People & Culture Manager or senior HR leader looking for an opportunity to work more closely with executive leadership and influence broader business outcomes.

You'll bring strong commercial judgement, credibility with senior stakeholders and a pragmatic approach to balancing strategy with execution. Experience within financial services is preferred.

Most importantly, you will be comfortable operating in a hands-on leadership role, partnering with stakeholders at all levels and translating business priorities into practical people outcomes.
