What will you do?
- Drive sales growth and market share across your territory.
- Manage and grow an established network of distributors and reseller partners.
- Develop opportunities with end users, contractors, consultants and OEMs to generate demand and support channel growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide technical product advice and solution-based recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate opportunities and close sales.
- Deliver sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market activity and contribute to territory growth strategies.
What will you need?
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of pump applications, fluid handling systems and associated industrial equipment.
- A track record of developing new business, growing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and relationship-building capability.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (highly regarded).
- Full Australian driving licence & work rights without requiring sponsorship.
