What will you do?

  • Drive sales growth and market share across your territory.
  • Manage and grow an established network of distributors and reseller partners.
  • Develop opportunities with end users, contractors, consultants and OEMs to generate demand and support channel growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical product advice and solution-based recommendations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate opportunities and close sales.
  • Deliver sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor market activity and contribute to territory growth strategies.

What will you need?

  • Proven experience in technical B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of pump applications, fluid handling systems and associated industrial equipment.
  • A track record of developing new business, growing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and relationship-building capability.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (highly regarded).
  • Full Australian driving licence & work rights without requiring sponsorship.
