Senior Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Assistant to help drive operational excellence across our warehouse network.

This is more than a traditional warehouse role. You'll be a key member of the team, taking ownership of inventory accuracy, store transfers, replenishment, warehouse optimisation and stock flow. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll help ensure products move efficiently through the business and reach our customers and retail stores on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movement across Retail, David Jones and internal warehouses
• Manage store transfers from receipt through to final product placement
• Support fulfilment of David Jones, wholesale, accessories and imported product orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stocktakes
• Drive replenishment activities to support retail demand
• Improve warehouse layout, pick faces and storage efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support receiving, dispatch and general warehouse operations
• Maintain high standards of safety, organisation and housekeeping

About You

• Previous warehouse, logistics or inventory experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Comfortable working with warehouse systems and technology
• Positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Apparel 21 (AP21) or similar ERP systems is highly regarded
