We are a well-established, highly regarded and progressive mid-tier accounting firm. Due to continued growth and our strong reputation in the market, we’re looking for a Manager to join our high-performing Business Services & Advice team.

About the role
As part of our leadership team, you will:
- Deliver strategic advice and tailored solutions across a diverse client base
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
- Work on complex, varied work where no two days are the same
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own portfolio, delivering tailored tax and business advisory solutions
- Review complex financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through all stages of the business lifecycle
- Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential
- Drive workflow, quality, and team performance outcomes
What sets you apart
- CA or CPA qualified
- 5+ years’ experience in public practice
- Proven leadership and mentoring capability
- Strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
