Architects Dovey & Associates is a well-established, design-driven architectural practice delivering projects across commercial office, multi-residential, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Our principal wants to go sailing more and we are seeking an experienced Senior Architect or Sole Practitioner to manage the office and lead projects. With a clear pathway to leadership and partnership through supporting a collaborative team of architects and technicians delivering a diverse portfolio.

We would seriously consider a merger with a sole practitioner or small practice looking to scale their business to the next level. Our office in the leafy Garden City Office Park just south of Brisbane benefits from private parking and easy access to motorways.

Your responsibilities

• General office management of productivity, timelines and resourcing
• Lead multiple medium scale projects from design to delivery
• Oversee and assist with design & documentation (Revit/AutoCAD)
• Manage clients, consultants & contractors
• Ensure compliance with NCC/BCA & council requirements
• Contribute to team leadership and business development

Your Strengths

• Minimum 15+ years post-graduate experience
• Registered Architect (AIA)
• Strong project delivery & documentation skills
• Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
• Excellent communication & leadership ability
• Proven experience across commercial or multi-sector projects
