Role is for Learning & Development Officers.
Candidates must hold current
TSPV security clearance. Location is Canberra/ Melbourne.
12 month initial contract with 2 x 12 months extension option
Learning and Development Officers design, develop, coordinate and deliver a range of software application training to a broad range of users.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Plan, monitor and review training and engagement activities; including contributing to training plans, reporting and the ongoing review of progress and priorities.
- Develop and deliver a range of effective learning solutions and programs; including e-learning, face to face and virtual training opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of training programs and services.
- Collate, maintain and report on learning and development activities and outcomes, providing qualitative and quantitative data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Undertake quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, including reviewing and evaluating training outcomes, identifying improvement opportunities and participating in improvement initiatives and projects as required.
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective learning and development outcomes.
