$70,000 – $80,000 Base

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage a residential property portfolio through strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears management
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and outgoing inspections
• Finalise bond claims, refunds and landlord insurance claims
• Prepare and attend VCAT/NCAT applications as required
• Supported by a dedicated Property Officer for all routine inspections

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (VIC)
• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Experience with PropertyMe, I Inspection Express or similar CRMs
• Professional presentation and a client-first mindset
• Current driver's licence
