The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Internal Sales Support & Project Coordinator with excellent Customer Service skills to join our close-knit team.

In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to person for project and sales orders delivery. You will manage the seamless journey of projects, quotations, and sales orders through our internal systems. From the initial quote to the final dispatch, you ensure everything runs accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be flexible, keeping your days varied and engaging. Your main duties will include:

  • Project & Order Coordination: Manage and coordinate projects from quote status right through to final dispatch. Create and track sales orders, generate order confirmations, and delivery timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact, providing regular updates to all stakeholders, liaising with customers and sales teams on order details, and ensuring strict delivery deadlines are met.
  • Sales & Quote Support: Process customer requests, support the team with quotations, and diligently follow up on outstanding leads and orders weekly.
  • Sample Management: Coordinate the timely production, storage, and allocation of samples for our sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional customer service to nurture and build long-term relationships with our valued customers and clients.
