Reporting to the Head of Customer Retail, you’ll deliver exceptional customer outcomes and business performance across our NSW North Coast and Queensland branches, from Taree NSW to Coomera QLD.

What will your key responsibilities include?
- Lead and drive performance across the Retail Distribution network, delivering on sales, growth, and customer outcomes.
- Inspire, coach and develop Branch Managers and frontline teams to build capability and high performance.
- Elevate the customer experience by embedding service excellence and consistent standards across both brands.
- Deliver on regional business plans, using data and insights to optimise performance and identify opportunities.
- Build strong community and stakeholder relationships to grow brand presence and drive local engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and operational standards across all locations.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the branch network to maximise effectiveness.
- Champion a positive, engaged and high-performing culture aligned to our values.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business (or similar) or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a customer service and/or sales environment.
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of developing, coaching and empowering high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and present confidently.
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail, with experience analysing data and delivering operational reporting.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
