About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will:

  • Lead the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and strong financial performance
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to deliver high-quality education and care
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community
  • Drive occupancy growth through strategic community engagement and marketing initiatives
  • Support the service to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards

About You

You are a confident and capable leader who brings:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong capability in achieving performance targets and maintaining compliance standards
  • A genuine passion for people leadership and early education
