About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will:
- Lead the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and strong financial performance
- Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to deliver high-quality education and care
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Drive occupancy growth through strategic community engagement and marketing initiatives
- Support the service to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards
About You
You are a confident and capable leader who brings:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong capability in achieving performance targets and maintaining compliance standards
- A genuine passion for people leadership and early education
