About the role

We’re looking for a commercially driven leader to own Snackbrands Petrol & Convenience (P&C) channel strategy. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth across our customers in one of the most dynamic, impulse led retail environments.

This role can be based at either Rowville VIC or Bella Vista NSW. This role also includes WFH options 2 days a week

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Own P&C channel strategy across customers, range, pricing, promotions and execution
  • Identify and deliver growth across petrol, convenience, route and emerging channels
  • Lead key customer relationships and coach the team on account planning and execution
  • Use category, shopper and sales insight to unlock distribution, visibility and sales growth
  • Own channel performance across sales, margin, trade spend and forecasting
  • Set disciplined investment and ROI guardrails for trade spend and promotions
  • Lead annual planning, customer reviews and performance tracking
  • Partner with Supply, Field, Category, Marketing and Finance to drive execution excellence
  • Translate strategy into strong in-store execution across ranging, launches and activations
  • Lead, coach and develop a small high-performing sales team

What you’ll bring to the role?

  • 8+ years FMCG sales experience (P&C, impulse, convenience or route preferred)
  • Strong experience in customer management, negotiation and trade investment
  • Proven ability to lead or coach sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
  • Deep understanding of channel retail execution drivers
