About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and commercially driven Designer to join the Bonds Design team, focusing on our Women's Underwear category. This role will see you design and deliver trend-led, customer-focused ranges that balance innovation, brand direction and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with Merchandising, Product Development and R&D teams, you'll bring seasonal concepts to life while ensuring collections are on trend, aligned to customer needs and delivered to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal Women’s Underwear ranges, with a focus on youth-led franchises
• Drive trend research, colour direction and seasonal concepts
• Create development packs and maintain product information within PLM
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Product teams to deliver commercial ranges
• Coordinate sample development and support fit and product reviews
• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer insights
• Support range presentations and seasonal sign-off meetings
• Ensure products meet quality, cost and timeline targets

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience in fashion design (underwear, intimates or apparel preferred)
• Strong understanding of fabrics, fit and garment construction
• Commercial mindset with the ability to design for the customer
• Experience working across seasonal product development cycles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion, Textiles or Design
