The Role
Due to challenges securing the right candidate, an exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Software Developer - One Identity Manager to support a critical IAM platform within the Cyber Services function.
You will play a key role in maintaining the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the One Identity (OneID) environment, while also contributing to project-related initiatives and transition of enhancements into BAU.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1
Key Responsibilities
- Support BAU operations of the One Identity Manager platform
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM issues
- Deliver RBAC optimisation and access control improvements
- Support privileged access controls aligned to Essential Eight
- Maintain and enhance integrations with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Configure IAM workflows, policies, and connectors
- Deliver platform enhancements, automation, and customisations
- Support project delivery and transition new capabilities into BAU
- Perform system maintenance including patches, upgrades, and SOP execution
Requirements
Essential
- Strong knowledge of One Identity Manager (architecture, object model, lifecycle)
- Experience in IGA development, integration, and platform customisation
- Understanding of IAM governance (SoD, PAM, audit, compliance)
- Ability to engage stakeholders and deliver structured IGA solutions
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to mentor team members
Desirable
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of government frameworks (ISM, PSPF, Essential Eight)
