As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will act as the vital bridge connecting engineers, developers, executive business stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring project scopes are met, documentation is airtight, and operational transitions are seamless.

Day to day you will
- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional technology projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Partner closely with business leaders and executive stakeholders to define project scope, manage expectations, and deliver proactive, accurate, and timely communications.
- Engage effectively with network engineers, systems administrators, and developers to track deliverables, unblock technical issues, and translate complex technical requirements into actionable project timelines.
- Enforce rigorous standards for project, system, and user documentation, ensuring new systems and features undergo structured user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Design and execute communication plans and training programs to ensure smooth end-user adoption during technology rollouts.
- Facilitate and handle critical incident response coordination when major technical issues arise, embedding ITIL best practices across service delivery, change management, and incident response procedures.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- 5+ Years in Technology Project/Delivery Management successfully managing IT projects, system rollouts, or infrastructure deployments in a fast-paced environment
- Technical literacy and a strong familiarity with enterprise IT concepts, infrastructure, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and modern technical terminology.
- Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks, specifically around Change Management, Incident Management, and Service Transition.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail and a track record of managing multiple competing priorities, dependencies, and complex timelines simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present technical roadmaps to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Desirable: Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications, and experience working within a Media, Broadcast, or digital entertainment landscape.
