We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce.

In this role, you will analyse and improve business processes, working closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, identify system enhancement opportunities, and drive efficiency. Strong analytical skills, excellent spoken and written communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions are essential. Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with business stakeholders through workshops to gather information and elaborate on business requirements. This also includes translating business requirements into technical specifications and working closely with design, build and test teams to ensure successful implementation of tech solutions.
  • Co-Design and co-develop: Gain a deep understanding of the solution and business processes in order to ensure high requirements coverage by asking the right questions and employing critical thinking. Work closely with technical designers and build teams to ensure requirements feasibility and best options.
  • Business Process Modelling: Apply BPMN to model, analyse, and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate structured workshops to engage stakeholders, gather requirements and validate solutions. This includes planning, execution and follow-up activities to ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Requirements Management Software Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (or similar software) to document, track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Tech to Business Translator: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clear and effective communication and understanding of requirements.

Additional Requirements

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.

This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.

Must be willing to work from Accenture/client office location 3 days a week (2 days WFH)
