About The Opportunity
Business Review Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major Defence capability acquisition program within Land Systems Division (LSD).
The successful candidate will support the LAND 4111 Phase 1 Project, which is responsible for standardising and modernising the Australian Defence Force's Protected Mobility fleet, including the Bushmaster, Hawkei, and Protected Medium and Heavy Capability vehicle platforms.
Working closely with the Project Director and key stakeholders across Defence and industry, this role will contribute to project governance, acquisition planning, schedule management, reporting, commercial activities and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the LAND 4111 Phase 1 Protected Mobility Program, ensuring project outcomes are achieved within approved scope, schedule and budget.
- Assist the Project Director with project governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and decision-support activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, reports, briefs and governance artefacts.
- Coordinate project activities, actions, risks and issues across Defence and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) inputs.
- Support project performance reporting, workforce planning and acquisition reporting activities.
- Assist with procurement and contracting activities including tender documentation, evaluation processes and contract administration.
- Support governance forums, working groups and project reviews to ensure effective project oversight and decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders across Defence, Army Headquarters and industry to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Project Management within Defence or a related industry environment.
- Strong understanding of CASG, the Defence Capability Lifecycle and Defence acquisition environments.
- Experience supporting complex Defence projects through planning, governance, delivery and reporting activities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with project scheduling, governance and performance reporting.
- Understanding of Defence procurement, contract management and ASDEFCON frameworks will be highly regarded.
- Experience supporting Land Domain capability acquisition or sustainment programs is desirable.
- Current NV1 Security Clearance.
