The Work

Embrace the opportunity to shape the future of technology! As a Tech Assurance Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to make impactful decisions and provide innovative solutions to challenges. Your expertise in Cloud Enterprise Architecture will be instrumental in driving success and ensuring operational excellence across various programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and ensure operational quality across multiple programs.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce variability and defects in business processes.
  • Establish performance baselines and metrics to evaluate and improve process performance.

Here’s What You Will Need

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.

Bonus Points If You Have

While not required, the following skills and proficiencies will set you apart:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Quality Management.

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance (NV1).This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
