About the role
Support the Fellowship Support Program (FSP) Director of Training in leading medical education and strategic objective delivery in the Fellowship Support Program. Lead educator teams, oversee training quality, and build stakeholder partnerships across GP training, health services, and government bodies.
As our FSP Deputy Director of Training you'll also:
Lead and support medical education teams nationally to deliver high-quality GP training across the program.
Oversee registrar training, supervisor development, and training site accreditation and performance.
Manage complex training issues, including remediation, incidents, and workforce planning initiatives.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes and program improvement.
Support the FSP Director of Training to achieve FSP priorities in line with RACGP’s strategic plan.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in medical education
Extensive leadership experience and competencies
FRACGP (or equivalent) and clinical expertise
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex training environments
