Greater Shepparton City Council, situated in the heart of the Goulburn Valley, is the fifth largest provincial centre in Victoria and has a well-developed economy due to its strong agricultural and irrigation base, with major industries related to food processing, manufacturing, transport and health care. The Goulburn Valley is often referred to as 'The Food Bowl of Australia' as around 25% of the total value of Victoria's agricultural production is generated in this area.

Greater Shepparton has a population of approximately 69,000 and is culturally rich with 17.4% of residents being born overseas. The area has excellent education, recreation, cultural, social and health facilities and tourism is a developing focus for the region.

Revenue and Member Engagement Coordinator

Salary: $80,385.24 per annum pro rata

Part Time (32 hrs p/w) - Temporary (to 30 June 2027)

We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Revenue and Member Engagement Coordinator to join our team in a fixed-term capacity until 30 June 2027. This role plays a vital part in driving member engagement, enhancing the overall customer experience, and supporting revenue outcomes across the centre. You will also lead targeted marketing and social media initiatives, ensuring consistent and engaging communication that promotes programs, services and membership growth, while strengthening connections with our community.

Note: This position is subject to a 6 month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period.
