UPA Aged Care Solutions is looking for reliable, hands-on Home Care Workers to join our Western Region team in Dubbo. If you enjoy practical work, staying active, and making a real difference in people’s lives, this could be the role for you.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community, supporting older Australians to stay independent in their own homes while building genuine, down-to-earth connections.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same. You’ll be out and about, helping clients with day-to-day tasks such as:

• Personal care and respite support
• Driving clients to appointments or the shops
• Meal preparation and general household tasks
• Light yard work and home maintenance
• Assisting with medication where required
• Recording visits and updates using mobile apps

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who:

• Is dependable and gets the job done
• Is comfortable working independently
• Doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves
• Enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Has strong communication skills

Bonus points if you have

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• A reliable, insured vehicle
• Basic tech skills
• Valid Australian working rights
