Allied Health Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred Allied Health services across our growing network of leisure and health facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Allied Health Professionals, supporting clients to improve their health, independence and quality of life.

About The Role

As an Allied Health Assistant, you'll work under the supervision of qualified Allied Health Professionals to assist with therapy programs, client support and service delivery. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment while helping clients achieve their individual goals.

No two days are the same - you'll work with a diverse range of clients, assist with therapy sessions, support group programs and contribute to a positive client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver delegated therapy and exercise programs under Allied Health Professional supervision.
• Support clients during therapy sessions through encouragement, monitoring and guidance.
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment and group programs.
• Assist with client scheduling, administration and service coordination.
• Collect basic outcome measures and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for people of all abilities.
• Escalate clinical, safety or wellbeing concerns to supervising clinicians.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of safe manual handling and delegated practice
• Current Working with Children Check (where required)
• National Police Check
