Lead the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience aligned with service standards
Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations and supporting team achievement of targets
Motivate, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
Manage staffing requirements including rostering, delegation, and workflow planning
Oversee stock control including deliveries, stock levels, stock movement, and inventory accuracy
Maintain strong visual and operational store standards at all times
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, cash handling, and administrative processes
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development

Experience in women’s fashion styling, with a strong eye for styling, outfit coordination, and product presentation
Proven experience in retail leadership or a similar management role
Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
Customer-focused with a strong understanding of premium service delivery
Confident in managing budgets, sales targets and operational reporting
Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
Hands-on leader who leads by example and maintains high standards
