Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
- Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience aligned with service standards
- Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations and supporting team achievement of targets
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Manage staffing requirements including rostering, delegation, and workflow planning
- Oversee stock control including deliveries, stock levels, stock movement, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain strong visual and operational store standards at all times
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, cash handling, and administrative processes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
About you
- Experience in women’s fashion styling, with a strong eye for styling, outfit coordination, and product presentation
- Proven experience in retail leadership or a similar management role
- Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
- Customer-focused with a strong understanding of premium service delivery
- Confident in managing budgets, sales targets and operational reporting
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
- Hands-on leader who leads by example and maintains high standards
