Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
  • Deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience aligned with service standards
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations and supporting team achievement of targets
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Manage staffing requirements including rostering, delegation, and workflow planning
  • Oversee stock control including deliveries, stock levels, stock movement, and inventory accuracy
  • Maintain strong visual and operational store standards at all times
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, cash handling, and administrative processes
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development

About you

  • Experience in women’s fashion styling, with a strong eye for styling, outfit coordination, and product presentation
  • Proven experience in retail leadership or a similar management role
  • Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Customer-focused with a strong understanding of premium service delivery
  • Confident in managing budgets, sales targets and operational reporting
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
  • Hands-on leader who leads by example and maintains high standards
