Are you an experienced ICT Support Officer who thrives on challenges and loves being the go-to person for problem-solving and technical support?

You'll Need

• Provide IT training, IT Support & Records management assistance to staff when required
• Diagnose, investigate and resolve desktop hardware and software faults
• Communicate IT issues & solutions to staff
• Monitor the delivery of ICT services and provide feedback for improvements
• Adaptability, collaboration, and passion to make a difference
