We are currently seeking a professional and adaptable Business Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Bunbury head office. This role is well-suited to an individual who values variety in their work and is capable of managing a broad range of responsibilities across multiple business functions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position offers a diverse scope of duties, requiring a flexible and organised approach. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office by supporting various teams and maintaining high standards of administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain the presentation and organisation of reception, meeting rooms, and shared office spaces including the kitchen.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate the procurement and tracking of office supplies, uniforms, and stationery.
  • Assist with the coordination of vehicle servicing schedules and equipment records.
  • Provide administrative support for training activities, including record maintenance and compliance tracking.
  • Support internal teams, including Finance, Training, Marketing, Project Administration and HSE with general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and internal activities.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively. You will be dependable, proactive, and comfortable working across different areas of the business.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in training administration and/or accounts payable will be highly regarded.
  • Well-developed communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Current driver’s licence (manual preferred) and reliable transport.
