We are seeking a service-centric and luxury-minded professional to join our team as Food & Beverage Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

As Food & Beverage Team Leader you are responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage Service Team to ensure a high quality, luxury and efficient F&B Service that adds to a superior overall guest experience. Ensure function rooms or F&B Outlets are prepared for service in accordance with organizational standards

The Food & Beverage Team Leader is also responsible for assisting all other departments/outlets to fulfil their duties and meet guest expectations and support the Outlets Manager to ensure we are providing memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RSA, First Aid) are a plus.
  • Australian work rights.
