Graduate Contract Administrator

Are you a recent graduate with 2–3 years’ experience in construction or commercial environments, looking for the next step up into a dedicated Contracts Administration role? Are you someone with strong foundations, the right attitude, and the drive to step up quickly and grow into a high-performing contracts professional?
The opportunity
You’ll support the contracts team across day-to-day contract administration activities—helping keep documentation accurate, stakeholders aligned, and key deliverables on track. This role suits someone who can be thrown into a fast-moving project environment, immerse themselves in the detail, and build credibility quickly with stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with contract set-up, documentation and filing (templates, variations, correspondence, trackers)
- Support the preparation and review of subcontractor/supplier agreements (with guidance)
- Maintain contract registers, key dates, approvals and version control
- Coordinate internal reviews, signatures and document circulation
- Assist with purchase order/claim/invoice support and general commercial administration
- Help compile project documentation for reporting and audits
- Liaise with project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep workflow moving
Skills, Experience, Qualifications
- Degree qualified (Business/Commerce/Construction Management/Engineering/Law or similar)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a construction or commercial setting (e.g., project admin, procurement support, commercial support, site admin)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders from site level through to senior leadership/Board level
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and confidence managing documents, timelines, and competing priorities
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel/Word); exposure to contract management systems is a plus

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
