Civil Project Manager - Main Road Upgrade

We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to play an integral role in delivering a $12M intersection upgrade project, working within TMR specifications and standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Fraser Coast team as we expand our capabilities beyond our well-established and successful subdivision business. We are building a dedicated team to deliver high-quality TMR infrastructure projects across the region, creating an opportunity for the right person to help shape and grow this area of the business.

Reporting to a highly experienced Senior Pro

About You

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. You will bring a solid understanding and experience of civil construction, along with extensive experience working within TMR (Transport and Main Roads) standards, specifications, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance
  • Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and TMR requirements where applicable
  • Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project’s financial performance
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment
  • Subcontractor Management
