As Territory Manager for Brunswick, you’ll take ownership of a well-established multi-million dollar territory with the mission to coach your team, lift in-store execution, and make a visible commercial impact across an iconic portfolio of brands.

About the Role

This is a well-established territory with a strong store base, covering Brunswick, Coburg, Preston, Carlton, Northcote, Essendon and Moonee Ponds.

You’ll lead a team of 2 to 3 Merchandisers and take full ownership of territory performance across Coles, Woolworths and Independent stores. Success in this role will come from your ability to coach well, stay close to the detail, and turn everyday execution into sustained commercial results.

What you’ll be accountable for

Leading, coaching and developing your to deliver consistent, high-quality execution

Build strong relationships with key in-store stakeholders across your territory

Drive merchandising standards, compliance and promotional execution across Coles, Woolworths and Independents

Spotting and converting incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts

Managing your patch with real ownership—using data, judgement and local knowledge to improve performance

Partnering with the broader field team to deliver state and national priorities consistently and at pace

What will set you up for success

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial instinct with strong field leadership and a bias for action. You’re likely to bring:

Experience in FMCG, grocery, retail or a similarly fast-paced customer-facing environment

The ability to build credibility quickly and influence outcomes at store level

Proven experience leading, coaching or motivating others to lift performance

A strong eye for execution, detail and standards

Good commercial judgement and the ability to balance relationships with results

Strong planning, ownership and follow-through

A practical, hands-on leadership style with the energy to stay close to the work and support your team to win
