About the Role

We are seeking suitably experienced warehouse supervisor to play an important role in the warehouse operations. As warehouse supervisor you will be responsible for managing a small team, assisting with all warehouse activities, and ensuring effective and timely movements of loads within a busy transport yard.

Key Responsibilities

Effective leadership of a small warehouse team

Ensuring efficient yard operations

Trailer loading/unloading, load-restraint and ensuring the corresponding paperwork is accurate

Securing loads with load restraints

Ensuring the immediate work area is safe and free of hazards

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a busy transport yard

Previous experience managing a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's licence and transport

High reach experience

LF License – 2.5 tonne or higher is highly regarded

Invoicing experience is highly regarded
